Last night, we celebrated our amazing sushi chef, WidnyanaWayan, with a farewell party. ❤️

Wayan has been part of the Ichiban Japanese Steak House family in Rawlins for four wonderful years. He has been a talented chef, a dependable coworker, and a great team player.

Now, Wayan is leaving to pursue his dream of working in the tattoo industry alongside his brother. Although we are sad to see him go, we are very happy and excited for his new journey.

Thank you, Wayan, for your four years of hard work, loyalty, teamwork, and all the great memories. You will always be part of the Ichiban family. We wish you and your brother success and happiness as you follow your dreams!
