Keith Boe was my amazing "culinary assistant" tonight @ Crave Northwest and he took this beautiful photo of our small bite - Spicy Chicken Sandwich

A Buttermilk brined chicken strip, crispy fried to perfection, roasted garlic ranch aoili, spicy slaw vingerette on a homemade potato slider roll.

We got HUGE compliments and 32 votes for best bite of the night. Sadly lost the contest by 1 vote 😭 😊

We will be at Twin Lakes Farm and Ranch decided to wait for an extra batch of cinnamon rolls to pop out of the oven so we will get in a little later than normal.
