Alright, DeLucia's. We attempted to order three times back in Thanksgiving to no avail. Stopped by today, a random Thursday afternoon around noon and was able to place an order for 5:30. Their oven is a brick/oil system that cannot be replicated in 2023. And it can only hold so many pies at a time. DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

Alright, DeLucia's. We attempted to order three times back in Thanksgiving to no avail. Stopped by today, a random Thursday afternoon around noon and was able to place an order for 5:30. Their oven is a brick/oil system that cannot be replicated in 2023. And it can only hold so many pies at a time. Knowing all this, and knowing that they're doing what they can with what they have, I respect it.

As far as the pizza itself? It lives up to the hype. It's extremely good. Sauce and cheese right up to the edge of the pie, deep golden color on top, and a tangy flavorful sauce. The pepperoni is actually spicy and I put it above the cheese for that alone. Worth the trip and worth the hype. I would get there early and be ready to order and come back later for pickup.
