Starts with a gorgeous briny HELLO THERE… then suddenly turns sweet, buttery, and ridiculously smooth on the way down. 🤤
Basically: salty little flirt ➡ buttery plot twist.
We approve. 💯

🦪 PINK MOON
Glistening shells. Beautifully consistent. Balanced flavor. Absolutely showing off for no reason. ✨🩷 And apparently Pink Moon “seduces” oyster eaters… so who are we to argue? 😇
Pair these beauties with a sparkling rosé and let the evening make questionable decisions for you. 🥂

Crispy walleye + house-made slaw + sriracha mayo + fries.

Basically, we took a fish, put it in a tortilla, spiced up the situation, and said “yep, that’s dinner.” And honestly? SO dang good! We stand by it.✊🏼💯 So come indulge with our Crew!

Our very first season at the Spring Creek Grille at Hart Ranch is officially in the books ,and what a season it was! 🍦🍕❤️🌊☀

Our Crew just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out, grabbed a bite, had a drink, laughed with us, and helped make our first season such a great one.
The grills are off. The crew has been released back into the wild. 😂 And it’s time for us to take a little offseason breather.😅

We’re so grateful for everyone at Hart Ranch who made all of us at Shipwrecks feel part of the family this season. We couldn’t have asked for a better first voyage. We'll see you when the weather warms up. 🌞😎

Who said Monday night had to be boring?🤨 Devon Sants is a longtime mate of the Shipwrecks crew, and we’re pretty darn happy to have him back on the stage.
His music brings together dark storytelling, a unique vocal range, and the kind of songs that make you stop, listen, and maybe wonder what the heck inspired that one. 😂 Devon recently released his new album, Chasing Forgiveness, and you can find it on all the usual platforms.🎤🎸 So come kick off the week with us, grab some food, settle in, and let Devon handle the soundtrack. ⚓

Yesterday would have been Kim Weber’s 70th birthday. For our owner, Adam, this isn’t simply a beautiful little reflection area at Shipwrecks & Sweetgrass. It’s a piece of his mom that he, his family & friends get to keep close.

And standing watch over it is the Night Watchman. 🐉 The dragon carries a particularly special meaning for Adam’s family. This little Night Watchman was chosen to embody Kim’s spirit. To watch over her family, keep them safe through the night, and serve as a reminder that even when someone is no longer physically with us, their love and presence can still be felt. So today, we’re celebrating Kim and the love her family & close friends continue to carry for her.

Happy Heavenly 70th Birthday, Kim.🕊️💙🎂 May your Night Watchman continue to keep watch, and may this little corner of Shipwrecks & Sweetgrass always be a place where Adam and his family can feel close to you.

Sunday night, the Rams are rolling into Denver, so we did what any reasonable establishment would do: turned the matchup into two completely irresistible burgers. 😍🤤🔥
🐏 THE RAM JAM BURGER
Los Angeles invented the French dip, so we put it on a burger and then gave it a little au jus bath situation. Caramelized onions. Provolone. Burger. Dip. Repeat until pants become uncomfortable.
🐎 THE MILE HIGH BURGER
Denver said, “What if we put a burger inside a Mexican food fever dream?” And honestly? WE LISTENED. Refried beans, Monterey Jack, housemade pork green chili, all wrapped in a crispy griddled tortilla. Napkins are not optional. Dignity is also questionable.
TWO BURGERS. ONE BATTLE. ZERO CHANCE YOU’RE EATING NEATLY.😋
