WHAT A DAY! First off.. Thank you to Tristiana Brewer for showing up and doing a phenomenal job first day on and having to learn hands on! Secondly,.. I closed my food truck door and was distracted didn’t pull my fingers from the frame quick enough as I was talking.. our fan causes suction and it sucked the door closed on two of my fingers!! Excruciating pain lol had to work today with two very sore black and blue fingers! So I was a little slower today than normal. 😭💀

As normal.. Business orders were busy.!! Literally!! We did have a set back.. as Lakota Tech has always reserved 11:30am (ever since we first started here even) and when they sent their order after gathering the staffs orders.. let’s just say it was BIG! We were doing our best to stay caught up but fell behind on orders. Most were very understanding, especially, Tech I forgot two things and they came back no prob me plus thanked us for feeding them. Two canceled.. One order was a little upset but they apologized and I appreciate that more than words. Needless to say we opened to the public late but they never mind! They line up early for a reason and are always so freaking patient! Blessed with the best customers!! ❤️

Anyways someone tag Laura from Tech lol I had to make this meme about them! They always order up! 🤣🤣

As winter comes. We always start offering our take and bake taco meals! Our good friends from the The Taco Truck of Clinton asked us a few years back if they could steal our idea. I said yes!! Winter months get hard on food trucks that stay open all year around. Theirs are way more fancier than mine lol now I need to take note! 💅🏼💖
