Truth

I always thought coming into the food truck industry would have been a better experience.. but there is a lot of competition between trucks and no one uplifting each other. Since I started our truck.. I LOVE to make friends with other food trucks. It’s exciting try their foods and let my following know about them. In our area alone we have lots of different cuisine trucks: Mexican trucks, Philippino trucks, Ecuadorian trucks, Asian trucks, Japanese trucks, Native American trucks, Hawaiian/Tongan truck. All the way to our traditional trucks: barbecue, burgers, shaved ice, coffee, ice cream, popcorn, pizza.. you name it. There is plenty to go around!! What you don’t like at one truck someone else might love. All are amazing!! Be sure to try them out if you’re ever up here for the weekend or for summer or just traveling. ❤️

To my fellow food truckers: sure there are different awards other trucks are winning but nonetheless should stop anyone from applying! Awards should make you feel great about the food and the service you have to offer! Be proud of your awards I am!

(PS maybe if everyone got along and got together.. we could convince the city to make us a spot to permanently post up!! Supplying everyone with electricity and water.. plus tables for all our customers. Just a thought.)
