If you’ve ever dined with us you probably noticed the countless picture frames lining our walls, but if you take a look closer, many of them are moments captured by Chef Jarred throughout his years of travel, adventure, and a deep love of food. Every photo holds a story.

Slide 1:
Captured near the Lizard Head Wilderness (circa 2008), this photo was taken during one of Chef Jarred’s mushroom hunting adventures. Back then, he and a few coworkers would spend their free time foraging, part hobby, part way to reconnect with nature, and part creative way to support the kitchen they worked in. On this trip, they stumbled upon a rare and striking “fairy ring” of Amanita muscaria (fly agaric) mushrooms. Beautiful to look at, but famously poisonous. That season also brought baskets full of chanterelles and porcini, a true treasure hunt of the wild.

A glimpse of San Joaquin Chute in Black Bear Canyon, Colorado, a place Chef Jarred returned to often, skiing the same challenging chute whenever he had the chance. A memory shaped by adrenaline, mountains, and the pull of the outdoors.

Taken near The Needles in Custer, this photo captures a rock-climbing route from the summer of 2007, after returning to South Dakota from the Southwest. A single pitch climb of about 20 meters.

Introducing one of our newest small plates: 🍍the Rojak fruit salad🍍

Pineapple, jicama, cucumber, apple, mint, sweet soy, tamarind, lime, thai chili, peanuts, crispy shallot, pea tendrils

The fresh fruits and vegetables pair nicely with the rich slightly spicy sweet soy dressing, its perfect for cooling you down during the heat.

We offer a wide selection of unique wines from all around the world! We have everything to satisfy the seasoned wine lovers, or if you’re looking for a new favorite pour, our servers can guide you through the menu.

A house favorite is the beautiful Les Hauts De Lagarde. A 2022 Bordeaux, its full bodied mouth feel and dark berry influences are a great combination with our dishes. The sweet to***co finish is a wonderful addition 😉

Photo dump of our 🐟Tombo Ahi🐟 we had in stock not too long ago, we’re constantly rotating our fish selection overnight to bring the newest & fresh fish to the midwest.

Fun fact: Tombo Ahi is the Hawaiian name for albacore tuna, Tombo means dragonfly which refers to their long fins 🎏

If you missed out on this beautiful fish don’t worry, we are currently serving an amazing seabass that is simmered in an aromatic coconut water with rice noodles & seasonal vegetables, we’re open until 9!

Hawaiian Walu Poke Bowl is featured this week at Tandoor Bocado!
Diced Walu, chili garlic poke sauce, wasabi mayo, short grain rice, and an assortment of vegetables including wakame.
We have a seafood forward menu, particularly sashimi grafe fish. Our seafood is delivered twice a week, always fresh and delivered directly from Hawaii to our kitchen.
