The General Store has been a landmark and meeting place of the old mining town of Randsburg since the 1930s since it changed over from Jone's Drug Co. It is known for its long counters, antique backbars, old fashioned soda fountain and active malt machines. It is both is both a sit-down restaurant (serving many different breakfast and lunch items) and a general store and includes memorabilia, maps

and locally-published histories on Randsburg. The living ghost town is just off of Highway 395 that connects LA with Bishop and Mammoth Mountain on the east side of the Sierras. Come visit a snapshot of the old California mining days.

🙌🏁 An incredible story. The YOUNGEST motorcycle team to finish Vegas to Reno.

15 yo Tanner Sutton, the Rider of Record for Team No.317, along with 14 yo Jax Freeman and 16 yo Ryder Wermes, took on more than 500 miles of desert at the 2026 Vegas to Reno “The Other Way” and managed to get their bike all the way to the finish line. They were the youngest motorcycle team to finish this year’s race. Huge respect to these young riders. 🔥
