Have we been making some salads!! So far, people LOVE the butter lettuce as much as I (Karen) do!! I eat salads a lot.....like pretty much every day, and this lettuce is just really nice and has a bit of crunch but is also nice and delicate down the spine. If you're open to pretty much any veggie, like grilled chicken and an egg, no cheese, and oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing, tell em you want Karen's salad.....it's a good one, and good for your heart too!

I have to tell you something! We quietly made a change that we didn't announce....until now! You may have noticed if you got a salad. Many have noticed and love it as much as I do! We switched from romaine lettuce to butter lettuce!! It's a more delicate leaf and the spine doesn't get so big and tough. I (Karen) eat a lot of salads and I think it's a change that will be celebrated by many! If you haven't had a salad in a while, or just never think to, come try a salad and let us know what you think. Heart healthy and delicious to boot! Come get your salad on, at Prince Street Cafe and Valley Bowl, on Prince Street in Randolph, open every day!
