There is a reason Chef Giuseppe prefers a steak cooked on the bone. 🔥

After his family moved to America, the porterhouse was the only cut of steak his father would ever eat.

Today, Giuseppe still prefers cooking with the bone because it delivers so much more flavor than a standard filet mignon. We fire it up on the new charcoal grill and serve it with a fresh side of hand-cut steak fries.

Skip the tie and bring him to Rosie's for great food, fine wine, and time well spent together. We are serving our full à la carte menu, so he can order exactly what he wants, from our homemade pasta to a steak fresh off the charcoal grill.
