Our Eat250 dish is here for one more week! 🌽🍯 We're keeping our Creole Blackened Chicken Thighs & Louismill Grits ($25) on the menu through July 5 at all three DC locations.

Stone-ground cheddar grits, boldly blackened chicken, corn cilantro cream sauce, hot honey herb-roasted carrots, and a watermelon salad with feta, mint, and hot honey drizzle. Every ingredient has a story, and most of them arrive here on trucks owned by our farmer-owners. That's the Founding Farmers way.
