At lunch: our Heirloom Tomato and Shrimp Galette — roasted heirloom tomatoes and butter-garlic shrimp atop puff pastry, finished with parmesan and arugula.

At dinner: Garlic and Brown Butter Noodles with warm blue crab, topped with chili garlic breadcrumbs and scallions, served with a lemon wedge.
