Join host Executive Chef Alex Carballo, Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty (Rancho Santa Fe Inn), and Chef Johnny Freyberg (The Crosby) at Nick & G’s for an intimate multi-course showcase built entirely around the legendary, high-scoring portfolio of PATRIMONY Estate.

From the rare Caves des Lions to the iconic Black Label, each course is intentionally paired to elevate Paso Robles’ most coveted luxury vintages.
