Diners often ask what part of Italy inspires this menu. Our marinara sauce and many of our recipes are family secrets that originated on Ponza. Located in the Tyrrhenian Sea, Ponza is a small island about 21 miles off Italy’s southwestern coast between Rome and Naples.
