The Penney Terrace Restaurant & Spirits Library is located upstairs overlooking the Desert Island golden hour. Named after artist and founding DI resident Frederick Doyle Penney (1900-1988), The Penney is Executive Chef Jon Butler’s full-scale culinary canvas, a casually impeccable showcase for his ingredient-driven, seasonal Californian menu. While the dishes change frequently due to the seasonal nature of our menu, the concept remains a dichotomy of Classics vs. Adventures; which will you choose when you visit? Head next door to Parlour for pre-dinner cocktails or stay here to play after your dinner.
