We couldn't wait for the State Fair, we just had to try the Elote Tots for ourselves!
Crispy tater tots tossed in Tajin seasoning with queso, roasted corn, edemame beans, black beans, diced peppers and topped with queso fresco and just a dash more Tajin seasoning.

Not up for something warm, give our Strawberry Salad a try!
