Bill to attend Culinary School. I graduated in February 2013 with an Applied Science Associates Degree and a Specialist Diploma in Baking and Pastry. I love learning new techniques and trying new recipes. I am constantly learning and getting better every time I turn my mixers on. Just a reminder cakes don’t like the sun or heat! This goes for windows too!

I saved a wedding last year because someone picked up a cake in San Diego and drove it to Julian in the TRUNK OF A CAR! It was 85 degrees and it didn’t make it. Luckily I had something they could use short notice!
