Cars are under water with people inside, a woman is crawling out of her window hoping rescuers can reach her, camps are moving people to higher ground. There's a massive response to floods that have turned roads into raging rivers with vehicles piling up.

Pray for Kerr County and everyone dealing with flooding right now. We will bring updates at first light. Know that people are actively rescuing. Make sure people know to get higher ground from Comfort to Hunt, includes Kerrville and Center Point with the most dangerous flooding. It's 340 am and heavy rain will last for hours. Very few breaks Thursday and Friday 🙏

Tornado warnings in Uvalde, Concan, and Knippa with flooding surrounding the entire region through Medina, Bandera, the Hill Country and in between.
