RICK HOLLINGWORTH

I have spent most of my life in Raleigh, NC and have a true understanding of a delicious Southern-style home cooked meals. My cooking technique has expanded outside of Southern cooking, but I still maintain the southern-style family traditions.

I really enjoy cooking shows and I love experimenting in the kitchen. My personal experience stems from cooking for family, friends and catering work-related functions. I am well-known in the neighborhood for cooking at tailgating events and cookouts; I was given the nickname “Emeril of tailgating”.

I am extremely passionate about food. I enjoy the whole process; from shopping for ingredients, to cooking, then filling the kitchen up with pleasing aromas of unique mixed spices and unconventional seasoning combinations. When cooking, I choose fresh and local produce, meat, poultry and seafood; I season to perfection to give you succulent and savory meals.

Our lives are busy and coming home to plan a dinner can be, at times, overwhelming. I want to be able to take that stress away, for one evening, and bring you my experience and knowledge of cooking, to your family.
