What is it about drinking at an airport bar.....??...is it the conversation that you can strike up with anyone...??... maybe it's the people watching, one of my favorites.....or is it the feeling that you are just free of your life for a period of time.....??... whatever the reason enjoy the moment... enjoy the time...have some fun........

As my friends know I like "single malt scotch"....great wines and good bourbon.....but when in Rome you must "do like the Romans" and this venture has produced some great tequila.... "Chocolate tequila"....a first for me, not very sweet either, will play around with it in between shots....the general census is to create a "ganache" with it. "Mango" is the second of my discoveries....will probably just end up doing shots. Always enjoy the local flavors, especially the liquid ones.......

Nothing more peaceful than sitting on the beach at 4am watching the waves come in ....the wind in your face.... looking at the stars...and of course a great cup of coffee...

Out traveling this week..... actually I'm just on vacation, but traveling always sounds better....in Mexico, 4 maybe 5 hours south of Cancun in a place called Mahahual....just had some fresh lobster pizza and it is absolutely fabulous........

If you live in the Raleigh area and you like sushi ...I highly recommend "Waraji"....great sushi, and "Momma" came up and talked to me ...just a great place....

Having a great experience at bowstring brewery....music is good and the food is great, nice and hot....keep up the good ...
