Fourteen years of calling this place home.
What began as a dream to share the food and spirit of Laos has become something far greater than we could have imagined.
Restaurants are made of so much more than food. They are made of people — the ones who pour their hearts into them every day and the ones who continue to walk through the doors.
To our incredible team, past and present, thank you. Thank you for the long days and late nights, for your care, creativity, dedication, and for carrying Bida Manda through every season. So much of what this restaurant has become is because of the people who have given a piece of themselves to it along the way.
And to our guests who have gathered around our tables, celebrated with us, grown with us, and continued to come back — thank you for allowing us to keep telling our story, one meal, one table, one evening at a time.
Today, we’re simply grateful.
