Flip It is a Mediterranean Restaurant specializing in traditional Palestinian delicacy, Maqluba! Stop by for lunch or dinner seven days a week.

Flip It delivers authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes – including Maqluba – our specialty! For centuries, Maqluba is one of the most popular dishes in the Middle East. It consists of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot, which is flipped upside down when served, hence the name. Taste our appetizers like Kibbeh, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, and Samosas—or sample everything with our Sampler Platter. We offer Mediterranean beverages – Mint Lemonade, A***n (Yogurt Drink), Middle Eastern Soda, and Turkish Coffee. Enjoy hearty entrées such as Maklouba, Maftoul (Palestinian Couscous), Musakhan (Sumac Chicken Flatbread), and Mujadara (Middle Eastern Rice and Lentil dish), then finish with sweet Knafeh and Baklava desserts. Flip It is also excited to introduced our sandwiches – Middle Eastern Burger, Meatball Sandwich, and Falafel Sandwich. We also offer catering for all occasions – weddings, birthday parties, graduation, and other occasions. Flip It Restaurant has hosted fundraisers, non-profit events, and public officials and media from Wake County and beyond have attended events at our restaurant. We will be excited to serve you in the future.
