Duck panang comes lightly fried, sliced and slathered in a strong, creamy coconut-curry sauce with carrots

and green beans. Chicken red curry is more bamboo shoot than chicken, but fresh basil leaves make a pungent contrast to this dish, one of many marked "hot and spicy" on the menu. Cool off with the "fresh young coconut milk," a refreshing, clear juice with floating pieces of coconut.

Many people seem unfamiliar with hai lum compared to more well known dishes such as pad Thai, but itā€™s worth switching up routine for! Itā€™s also a stir fried rice noodle dish, and a great alternative if youā€™re looking to try something new :)
