Travis says - Thank You!! - to everyone who stopped by at The Pimento Cheese Festival yesterday!

We genuinely appreciate the work that goes into putting on these events, and always does a fantastic job.

I wanted to offer an apology to everyone who waited excessively for their food, especially towards the end of the event.

I wanted to thank Rhyan and Sam for their hard work without so much as a potty or drink break all day.

We always reflect on how we can improve and look forward to next year!

We did a thing... Well kinda ..

When we launched in 2018, we swore we weren't going to be a Burger Truck and DEFINITELY weren't going to deal with a deep fryer.

After many years of running fast casual restaurants- We had flipped enough burgers to last a lifetime, we said!

We lied.

When the world shut down in 2020- we partnered with a long-term project and began perfecting our Burgers as a way to deliver affordable lunch options to the essential workers we served on a daily basis.

5 years later, we have served 75k burgers and counting to our regular lunch clients and now it is time to share with the rest of you.

We did have to cut some of our old items out to make room (sorry Meatball fans), but we are excited to share our delicious Burgers with you this spring!
