While we are sad that these two wonderful girls are moving on, we wish them all the best for their future and we have no doubt that they will do great things in life.
Ahdri joined the USSF, fulfilling her dream of becoming an officer in the armed forces.
Olivia will focus on her career in the field of architecture and design (though down the road she might occasionally make a guest star appearance among our staff).
They have been invaluable employees and a joy to work with.
They will be missed! ❤️

Prep / Line Cook — Vinos finos Raleigh

We are looking for a dependable and passionate Prep / Line Cook to join our wine bar kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and executing dishes with consistency and attention to detail in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

* Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef standards
* Assist with daily mise en place and station setup
* Cook and plate menu items during service with consistency and presentation in mind
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, coolers, and storage areas
* Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures
* Monitor product freshness and communicate inventory needs
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Support seasonal menu changes and special events when needed

Qualifications

* Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Several factors can contribute to the success of a restaurant. Among those factors, the more obvious are: its location, the quality of the food served (and how consistent that is), and its vibe.
To me, a crucial element is the staff working at a restaurant. Great employees can truly enhance your dining experience.
At Vinos Finos, we are proud of our Teams, both in the kitchen and in the front of the house.
