Just in time for your New Years Eve Celebration
Hickory Smoked Boston Butts

We are doing the same deal as last time. $40 for 1 and $100 for 3

These Boston Butts are smoked for 8 hours using the “low and slow” technique. This is purely wood smoked BBQ, and we only use the finest hickory and oak wood to get the best flavor. Each butt is 7-8 lbs (pre-cooked weight) and will feed roughly 12-15 people. It will be wrapped and ready to be reheated for your New Years Eve get together. We’ll give you specific instructions for reheating so it will tatse fresh out of the smoke pit. All butts will come with a pint on our own vinegar-based sauce to serve with your BBQ.

Don’t forget that they freeze very well and will hold for up to 6 months. We have specific reheating instructions from frozen as well.

What it is and what it Costs:
