Amedeos Italian Restaurant Amedeo's Italian restaurant was founded in 1963 by Dick DeAngelis. We take great pride in our homemade Italian recipes, our Nc State theme.

In 2010, the Harris and Byrd family purchased the restaurant and kept the same tradition and recipes. In 2012, the Parker family (Dick's daughter and husband) bought a minority share of the corporation. Try our Famous homemade lasagna.
