Garden Girl posts new menus monthly to coincide with seasonal availability and the chef's favorite! We also cater menus on a weekly basis to clients who chose to go through our meal planning service. Our purpose is to create a southern comfort menu with the vegan flare all while adding national cuisines to our menu monthly. We serve seafood to clients looking to easily transition their lifestyle a

nd to those who are simply pescatarian looking to eat lighter! Fresh seafood, produce, and ingredients are our specialty! Garden Girl is passionate in creating meals that are the freshest and most clean. We cook with Organic ingredients and little to no prepackaged, frozen, or canned products. Ask us about all that we provide; including juicing, weekly meal planning, health kickstart consult, meal preparations, event catering, family bulk meals, private chef, and our dessert options!

This dish is loaded with mixed salad greens, roasted peppers, zucchini, broccoli, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, corn, and chickpeas!!!!

On top, we dressed it with our dairy free ‘yum yum’ sauce(optional)!
And it is definitely YUMMY!!!!!
