After 19 amazing years, I have decided that it is time for me to leave Vinnie's and pursue other interests. I would like to thank all of you for your support, patience and guidance over the years. It has been a blessing and an honor cooking for you all and sharing in all of your special moments at Vinnie's. This has been a very difficult decision for me to make, but ultimately the best decision for me at this point in my career. I hope to see you all at Vinnie's before the end of the month!
I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce the new executive chef of Vinnie's. My name is Alvin Bragg, and I’ve had the privilege of calling Raleigh home for the past 15 years. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, it’s an honor to take the helm of such a beloved institution as Vinnie’s. I look forward to serving this wonderful community in the years to come.
