Thank you to everyone who made it out to the Hardin County Farmers' Market last night!

And thank you Jason for taking time to leave us a review!

It's may seem like just a little extra step, but it means leaps and bounds to our family business! Y'alls reviews are the best way for new friends to find us even months down the road and show that we are consistently bringing themost delicious, homemade pasta (and other Italian cuisine) every outting!

We've got one more hour left at the Hardin County Farmers' Market! 🌅🍝(Tues 7-14-2026)

The sun is finally starting to go down, and it's feeling a whole lot better outside the trailer (definitely nicer than inside the big metal box! 😂).

We've still got plenty of meatballs ready to go, a few more homemade Italian sausage sandwiches, and we came prepared so everyone has a chance to try our fresh baked signature rolls!

If dinner is still up in the air, come on out and see us. We'd love to serve a few more families before we pack up for the night. Let Papa take care of dinner! ❤️

Health Inspectors stopped by the Hardin County Farmers' Market today! ❤️

We're excited to share another 100! 🫶🏽

From our very first inspection in a pop-up tent to today, we've earned a 100 on every inspection. It's something we're incredibly proud of, and it reflects the care we put into every part of Papa Pasta.

Thank you for supporting our family and trusting us with your dinner. Here's to keeping that 100 streak going... all the way to infinity! 💯🙌🏽🍝

We're excited to be back at the Hardin County Farmers' Market tonight from 5–8 PM! 🍝

We invested in new proofing forms, so our signature buns are looking better than ever, ready to be piled high with:

🥖 Meatball Subs with Pomodoro and topped with a bit of Parmegiano Reggiano & some melty mozzarella

OR 😍

🌭 Homemade Italian Sausage Sandwiches with peppers, onions, and our zesty Pomarola sauce

Not in the mood for a sandwich? We'll also have our homemade buns available to add to your pasta while supplies last!

If we happen to sell out, that's just our cue to make an even bigger batch next time! Come hungry, and help us decide just how much of these delicious buns Papa Pasta needs to keep on hand! ❤️

Also, this week we are giving the Sugo di Salsiccia a break while we wait for y'all guys to give some feedback!! We'll have Fettuccine alla Bolognese back on the menu for our ragu this week. If you gave the new Sausage Ragu a try, let us know your thoughts! Do we have a new favorite?

Just 2 stops this week for Papa Pasta. First stop is out with our Food Truck Friends. Then Friday, we're making sure to come prepared for our first stop in Fort Knox at the Main PX so if you've been waiting make sure to put it on the calendar!!!

Do you love Italian Sausage? Tonight we've got another batch of Sugo di Salsiccia cooking along with our Italian Sausage cased up just waiting to be loaded with peppers, onions, and delicious Pomarola sauce,!

Or if you want to have a Papa Pasta classic, drop by for some "Spaghetti and Meatballs" or a Meatball Sub!

And of course we have some Tiramisu Truffles - last week we sold out of them at Flywheel Brewing so make sure to get them early! We'll be there serving from 5-8pm! Who's coming?!

Thank you to everyone who made it out tonight at Hardin County Farmers' Market for the food trucks. We got to meet a few new faces who had never heard of us before and that's always a fun time. We also got to see a few familiar faces that stop in just about every time we hit the market! ❤️ We appreciate your support!

We're headed home now to finish cleaning up and get ready for tomorrow at Flywheel Brewing from 5-8pm. If you weren't able to stop by today, we'd love to see you out there tomorrow.
