Wells Bros. Employee Highlight: Meet Kelsey!

If you’ve ever met Kelsey, you already know, she is truly one of the sweetest souls around. ❤️

While Kelsey officially joined our Wells Bros. family in October 2024, she wasn’t exactly a stranger to us. We’ve known her for many years through the Wells Bros softball team, where she played alongside Bill’s daughters. When she decided to add a part-time job to her already busy life, we were lucky enough to be the place she chose!

During the day, Kelsey works as a nurse for a plastic surgeon, and most nights she’s busy being an amazing mom to her adorable son, Diego. But on the nights we get to have her at Wells Bros., she is an absolute rockstar.

She can run our front door like a pro, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and has come to our rescue more times than we can count. She never needs to be asked, if she sees someone who needs a helping hand, she’s already there. That’s just who Kelsey is.

Kelsey, we can’t thank you enough for joining our crazy crew and bringing your sweet soul, beautiful smile, helping hands, and incredible work ethic into the Wells Bros. family. We are SO lucky to have you and hope you stick around for many, many, MANY years to come!

This might just be the sweetest thing we’ve seen today. 🥹🍕❤️

This little one comes from a multigenerational family that has grown up eating inside the walls of Wells Bros. and while playing restaurant at home, she made her own little “Wells Brothers” sign.

Talk about making our hearts full.

One of the most special things about Wells Bros. is knowing that you don’t have to be related to our family to feel like this place is part of your family’s story. So many of you grew up eating here with your parents and grandparents, and now you’re bringing the next generation through our doors.

There’s a nostalgia, a bond and even a little bit of pride in carrying those traditions forward and seeing Wells Bros. show up in this little one’s imagination reminds us just how special that is. 🍕❤️
