Deb, we are so grateful that you shared about your uncle and his passing at such a young age. Even in just 19 years, he no doubt made a difference and our whole country can thank him for his service and sacrifice.

Today’s Employee Spotlight is Amanda — or as we call her, Mandi ❤️

Mandi started with us in 2017 as a server and later stepped behind the bar after COVID. Outside of Wells, she works full-time as a Senior Contract & Licensing Analyst for Northwestern Mutual, so we are extra grateful that she has continued to spend some of her days and nights with us over the years.

Mandi serves our customers with a bright smile, an upbeat personality, and a true knowledge of our menu. She brings so much energy into the restaurant- the kind you can feel the moment she walks in. Her fun, outgoing personality keeps us all smiling, laughing, and very aware that Mandi is in the building.❤️

She inspires us with the way she loves her pup, her family, and the people around her. When Mandi sets her mind to something, she goes after it and succeeds.

We love having her on our team, we love calling her our friend, and we absolutely love the constant positive feedback we hear from customers after they’ve sat in her section.

Thank you for sticking around, Mandi, even when your full-time job gets busy and even when it means stepping away from that fur baby of yours to spend some time with us. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
