Thank you for another wonderful week at Wiregrass Southern Bistro!

The restaurant will be closed this week only for our annual Fourth of July break and will reopen with our regular hours on July 9th, refreshed, repaired, and ready to welcome you back.

Well, y'all... it's been one of those weeks. What we thought was just an electrical fire that damaged our A/C was actually a lightning strike. The lightning strike caused a fire at our building also decided to take out our phones, internet, and A/C on its way through. Apparently, it wasn't satisfied with just one thing.
The good news? Everyone is safe, and we're still here.
The bad news? We're operating with limited service while we wait on insurance, repairs and replacement parts. You are welcome to join us inside to dine, although a bit warmer than usual, or place a pickup order.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate a few technological and mechanical hiccups. Thank you for continuing to support local, and we can't wait to have everything back up and running soon.

Friends, our A/C has decided it no longer wishes to participate in today's activities. 😅 While we wait on a replacement part, we'll be offering TO-GO SERVICE ONLY this evening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming everyone back to a cool dining room very soon. Thank you for supporting local!
