Hi everyone,
Thanks to the continued support of this amazing community, I’m excited to share that SushiYaki will be reopening soon for its third year serving the Quincy Valley.
Running this business has come with its share of ups and downs, and along the way I’ve learned a lot. I’ve taken time to reflect, make improvements, and plan how to better serve you all moving forward.
While I haven’t yet been able to secure a permanent location for a sit-down restaurant, I’m still working toward that goal. I know many of you would love a more comfortable dining experience, along with an expanded menu that could include Ramen, Mongolian grill, Boba Tea, and alcoholic beverages. I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before the right opportunity comes along.
In the meantime, I want you to know how committed I am to bringing something special to my hometown community. I love what I do, and I genuinely enjoy the days I get to open and serve you—even through the challenges.
This year, one of my biggest priorities is improving wait times. The support last year was incredible, and I’m working on ways to increase efficiency and handle higher volume so you can get your food faster.
I also want to say thank you for your patience and understanding as I continue to grow this business. I know there have been times where wait times were long or items sold out early, and I truly appreciate you sticking with me through it.
I’m currently having some work done on my food trailer and will be posting a more solid opening date and updated menu soon.
I’m excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to serve you again soon 💚💛
