✨ First come, first served… it goes FAST. Angela is a Pastry Chef with her Pastry and Baking degree from The Augustes Escoffer school of culinary arts. detailed information and our cake gallery. We are located in the beautiful Sierra mountains in Northern California in the town of Quincy. We are a couple hours north of Lake Tahoe and West of Reno Nevada. The area we service takes in venues located in Plumas County. With event locations in the Lake Almanor, Portola, Loyalton, Graeagle, Bucks Lake, Cromburg, and of course Quincy. When ordering, advance notice is necessary. Our schedule fills up fast. This bakery is not a retail location. All our products are made fresh for you in our licensed and inspected home kitchen. No Porch Pop-Up again this weekend! I know that's two weekends in a row, but don't worry — the Porch Bakery isn't going anywhere!

August has just been FULL between custom bakery orders, weddings, custom orders, cheer, football and everything that comes with the start of the school year. 😅

Custom orders are still going out as scheduled! If you are craving something, shoot me a message! I will get you into the orders for the week. The cinnamon rolls, sourdough and treats will be back on the porch soon! 🥐🍞❤️

I'm taking this weekend OFF from the Porch Pop-Up. ❤️
August has gotten incredibly busy, and this one-woman bakery needs a few days to catch up on life before firing the ovens back up!
I may sneak in a small midweek Porch Pop-Up next week if time allows — think a few bakery favorites rather than a huge menu. 👀
I'll post here if I do!

A warm loaf of sourdough is the perfect side. Slice it thick, slather it with garlic butter, and toss it on the grill. It's delicious with steak, chicken, burgers, or even wrapped around a hot dog.
