The Porch: Sourdough, cinnamon rolls, cookies, jams & whatever I feel like baking.
✨ First come, first served… it goes FAST. Angela is a Pastry Chef with her Pastry and Baking degree from The Augustes Escoffer school of culinary arts. Angela's Bakery started selling baked goods in April of 2013. We specialize in wedding and event cakes and desserts. Check out our website, Quincybaker.com for more detailed information and our cake gallery. We are located in the beautiful Sierra mountains in Northern California in the town of Quincy. We are a couple hours north of Lake Tahoe and West of Reno Nevada. The area we service takes in venues located in Plumas County. With event locations in the Lake Almanor, Portola, Loyalton, Graeagle, Bucks Lake, Cromburg, and of course Quincy. When ordering, advance notice is necessary. Our schedule fills up fast. This bakery is not a retail location. All our products are made fresh for you in our licensed and inspected home kitchen. To place an order, please text, call, or click the "contact us" link on our website. We offer curb-side pick up or delivery in the local area. Our customers safety and convenience is our priority.

I’m excited to partner with Plumas Rural Services Domestic Violence Services for a fun evening of cookie decorating while helping bring awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 💜
Join me on Monday, October 12th at Main Street Crafters in Downtown Quincy for a one-hour mini cookie decorating class!
You’ll decorate 4 adorable fall-themed sugar cookies and learn some of the basics of royal icing, including the flooding technique. No decorating experience is needed — this class is designed to be fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly! 🧡🍁🎃
🍪 Class Fee: $25
🕡 Class 1: 6:30–7:30 PM
🕢 Class 2: 7:30–8:30 PM
📍 Main Street Crafters – 365 Main Street, Quincy

I’m excited to be partnering with Plumas Rural Services this October in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Join me for a fun, beginner-friendly Mini Fall Cookie Decorating Class where we’ll decorate 4 fall-themed sugar cookies together while helping bring awareness to an important issue in our community. 💜
Each class is just one hour, so this is a great chance to try cookie decorating without committing to a full-length class. I’ll walk you through the flooding technique and help you create your own set of four cookies to take home and enjoy!

Not everyone wants birthday cake… but almost everyone wants a cinnamon roll. 😉
Introducing my Cinnamon Roll Sheet Cake — all the soft, buttery, cinnamon-swirled goodness of my cinnamon rolls, made into one big celebration-worthy dessert!
Instead of individual rolls, I layer my cinnamon roll dough into a sheet-style bake, then top it with that delicious glaze you already know and love. It slices beautifully, serves a crowd easily, and gives you something completely different from the usual birthday cake.
