We make our own BBQ sauces & dressings, potato salad & coleslaw. We use fresh as possible ingredients from local farms. Salads made with seasonal ingredients.

Fresh made to order sandwiches, smoked turkey breast, pulled pork, chopped brisket, burgers, elk burgers too, smoked meatloaf, smoked prime rib on Saturday’s (after 4pm), and daily specials. We make from scratch soups, salads and sandwiches. Orders to go, We have party platters of meat, cheeses and sandwiches. We smoke our pork, turkey and cheese. Our #1 seller is our Hemi, pulled pork BBQ sandwich on a ciabatta and served with a side of potato salad or cole slaw, made fresh daily.

We’ve got a full-on Saturday lineup at Gear Head Deli, starting with a plate that needs very little introduction…

Thick-cut smoked prime rib with potato salad AND brisket baked beans. Those beans are spending some quality time in the smoker right alongside the meat, and the prime rib hits the plate starting at 4 PM.

Then there are the nachos…

Loaded BBQ Nachos — $15
This is what happens when we decide tortilla chips deserve better. 😂 Pick your meat and we’ll pile them up with cheese, olives, tomato, onion, jalapeños and spicy BBQ sauce. Fork optional. Napkins highly recommended.
