As someone posted, "Martha's has had a day," questions and comments have been circulating so we wanted to share about the events of yesterday.
First and foremost everyone is safe!
Incident #1 : Early afternoon a customer felt that someone parked to close to there car and proceeded to get aggressive with them which involved the Warren County Sheriffs.
Incident # 2: A vehicle plowed through our iconic neon "ice cream cone" road sign, taking down the sign, flower bed and light pole. Proceeded through one of our water feature fountains and bench. This was extremely disturbing as 45 minutes before we were very busy and just minutes before employees were cleaning up the parking lot.
We are beyond grateful that no one was hurt, we will repair and rebuild. 🙂 Thank you ALL for reaching out and especially the McPhee's who came out at 1:00 this morning to offer help in the clean up!
