🇫🇷✨ IT’S TIME FOR THE NEW MENU! ✨🇫🇷
Starting this Monday September 21st 🔥
Here we go! After months of waiting, we are finally ready to launch the new menu at the Bistro — and I would even say, the NEW BISTRO! 🎉
It has now been 6 months since we arrived from France to take over the Bistro, this iconic place in Queen Creek 🤩
Since then, we have made quite a few changes that you may have noticed: new furniture on the patio, a new look for the Bistro Garden 🌸, brand-new games for the kids 🎲, beautiful European-style tableware, and soft French music 🎶 to accompany you during your experience with us.
Today, it’s time for the biggest change: the menu! 😋And there are still many more improvements to come! We have tons of ideas!
Come discover it starting Monday, September 21st! 📅 The hours remain the same, every day from 7 AM to 2 PM! ⏰
We are so excited to present this new menu and this new atmosphere at the Bistro. Six months ago, we received an incredibly warm welcome, and even today, we continue to receive messages of support and welcome. ❤️
You have been, and you continue to be, incredible, Queen Creek! 🇺🇸 We hope you will love this new Bistro 2.0! ✨
As you can see, we have kept many of the great classics that have made the Bistro famous over the years, such as the paninis, sandwiches, etc., as well as all the new classics we have added since our arrival, such as croissants, Croque Monsieurs and quiches. 🥐🥪🥧
But there are also many new things! 🤩 Here are just a few:
🥑 The Turkey Avocado Croissant and Croque-Monsieur
🇫🇷 A “Paris” selection available as a panini, croissant or Croque Monsieur, with French Brie cheese
🍕 A French Pizza made with béchamel
The famous French cheese Comté 🧀 and the high-quality Spanish Serrano ham 🥩 that you loved so much as specials will now also be available as permanent menu items!
And because soooooooo many of you asked for them, here are the two biggest surprises:
🐌 French escargots with garlic & parsley butter
🔥 A delicious homemade crème brûlée
Obviously, that’s not all! For the rest, you’ll have to discover it on-site — we’re not going to spoil everything! 🤫

Excellent!! But what about the breakfast? 🍳
So, let’s move on to the question that might upset some people…
With this new menu, we have added many new items that fit more with our universe and with the new European Bistro 2.0. 🇫🇷 But we also had to remove some dishes, such as the burrito, the traditional breakfast, or the cowboy/Greek scramble.
I know some of you will be disappointed, but indeed, the Bistro will no longer really be a place for traditional breakfast, but much more of a European Bistro. 🇫🇷🥐
We made this decision because, first of all, we don’t want to — and we can’t — try to do everything at once. And if we want to offer you the best possible European Bistro experience, we have to focus on that. ❤️
And also, as many of you have noticed and pointed out to us, we have an open kitchen without an exhaust system, and unfortunately, the traditional breakfast side of the menu was making the experience at the Bistro very unpleasant because of the smells, smoke, grease, etc. 💨
So please, don’t be too hard on us about this decision. We know it’s a difficult one, but we also know it’s the right thing for everyone 😊
And don’t forget, there are a ton of other breakfast places in Queen Creek 🍳, but there is only one Bistro for French cuisine and a European experience! 🇫🇷🇺🇸😃

BUT WE STILL HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR THE BREAKFAST LOVERS… !! 🍳❤️
We are keeping the possibility to add scrambled eggs and/or crispy bacon 🥓🍳 to sandwiches, croissants, or any other dishes on the menu, inside or on the side, and at any time of the day! 🙌
And yes, we will still be open from 7 AM to 2 PM, and there will no longer be anything that becomes unavailable after 10 AM !

You are an absolutely incredible community. We knew Americans were kind and welcoming, but we are still constantly shocked — in the best possible way! 🇺🇸🥹
