Guess who’s back! Everyone has heard of “Elf on a Shelf”, right? At Winters Quarters Water n Ice we have a special guest, just until Halloween. He’s our “Owl on the Prowl” and he’s hiding in plain sight somewhere in the store! If you can spot him, you will receive a free ghostly treat. Our owl likes to hide, so every day he will be in a new spot. So come in and look around! Even if you don’t find him, you’ll have a good time at Winters Quarters Water n Ice! We always have fun games, great food, shaved ice, and Thrifty’s ice cream! Remember he will only be visiting until Halloween!
