What a wonderful season it has been for our lil Cafe in the desert. We roasted, ground, and served over 350 pounds of Brazilian coffee.
Cooked over 3000 eggs, and I can’t count the hundreds of pounds of potatoes, fresh BBQ pulled pork, and Bacon we cooked and served.
To say that my heart is full would be an understatement.
We served over 250 “gift” meals to our underserved community and “again and again “, Quartzsite friends stepped forward with financial support- Thanksgiving and Christmas were and will be ever gratifying in my memory.
You Made Me a better cook, hostess, and server. Because of your support of our Cafe, we will be open again next year.
Thank you my dear friends, SnowBirds; near and far from the very bottom of my heart!!!!SnowBird.

Snowbird Cafe and Ice Creamery will be open from 11AM - 7 PM starting today, Saturday, February 21, 2026 through the end of the season in April.

Quartzsite isn’t just about traveling and rock hounds:).
Our town is about family, learning life, and yes, children.
I had the opportunity to enjoy watching this beautiful interaction today.
I am proud of SnowBird Cafe and the work my family has put into her to make her a safe and memorable community destination.
Daily, I see smiling faces and hearts sharing time together. Won’t you stop in and experience the safety of a pleasant home style town and cafe?!. We love our community and the people who call her home.

RICE WITH A DELICIOUS 1/4 lb (pre cooked weight) burger , 1 over medium egg and then brown gravy drizzled on top.
A side of pineapple and a steaming cup of coffee or chai tea - open - 10 AM though 7 PM daily
