What is Boova Shankel? Loosely translated in Pennsylvania Deutsch, it means "boys foot, boys pocket or boys thigh

Our homemade boovas start with a classic egg dough and then filled with a delicious potato filling. The boovas are then cooked, gently sautéed in butter and topped with your choice of fried onions or one of our famous gravies with meat(turkey or roast beef & mushrooms
