All the meats have been made and I’m ready to serve! Come to Rainier Growlers between 11 am and 1 pm for Brisket and Mac and Pulled Pork and Mac. I also have 1/2 lb pack of
brisket and 1 on pack of pulled pork. Great for sandwiches or just eat it straight! It’s sooooo good!

The Vintage Baker will have the sweets for v-day as well.

Hey everyone! I want to thank you for supporting my little side gig during over the last 6 months. It was a crazy spring/summer/fall as I tried something new, changed some things, got in a groove and had a ton of fun. I was overwhelmed with your gratitude and positive feedback about the food. I kept working on getting better and was pretty proud of where things ended up.

It’s been great to have some downtime over the last couple weeks to focus on my family and cleaning up from the markets. I’m going to scale back and offer up some meat for Jess to put in pot pies and have a brisket/pork belly sale from time to time.

Thank you again for your patronage. It means more to me than I can say.
