Way before El Güero started back in 2022 I created a vision board with a griddle, a food trailer and a passion to serve authentic & delicious Mexican Food. That vision led to 3 whole summers of loading and unloading griddles, canopies, coolers, tables at every market. Fast forward to Today, I am a proud owner of my very first food trailer.
First I want to give a huge THANK YOU to my family, without them none of this wouldn’t have been possible. My amazing sisters for always being supportive and there when I need them. My brother-in-law, who helped me cook and serve the amazing food. My aunt who has been there helping me week after week with prepping in the back. My in-laws for their continued help and support. My fiancé who has been supportive of my dreams since day one & is out there every weekend with me. A special thank you to my mother, most of you know her as . Without her guidance, knowledge, love and support El Güero wouldn’t have been possible. And I want to thank god for everything he has done in my life and the plan he has for me. It really takes a village.
Also THANK YOU to everyone who has come out and supported us year after year, market after market. Whether you tried our Birria, Aguas Frescas, like our posts, or even just stopped by and say hello. I greatly appreciate every single one of you.
