The forecast says we're in for some summer-like heat this weekend, with a passing shower here and there — which honestly feels like classic Vermont.

No matter what the weather decides to do, we're excited to welcome back one of our favorite traditions: dinner on the porch. The tables are set, the flowers are blooming, and there's nothing quite like enjoying a warm evening meal outdoors.

And if a little rain happens to drift through? Well, that's just another excuse to slow down, linger a little longer, and enjoy the cozy charm of a Vermont summer.

Memorial Day Weekend is here, and while the skies may be a little gray, there’s something especially comforting about a rainy spring weekend in Vermont.

This weekend special lineup might be one of our favorites yet. Our homemade hash becomes the base for a hearty Eggs Benedict topped with perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise, while our Bacon Egg & Cheese Eggrolls bring a crispy twist to a diner classic. And for something sweet, the Blueberry Lemon Curd French Toast is bright, creamy, buttery, and packed with fresh flavor.

Spring has arrived in full color, and there’s no better way to celebrate the season of renewal than with a beautiful evening out. As the days get longer and the air turns warmer, our doors (and in the near future our porch) are open for cozy, vibrant Easter celebrations.

This weekend, we’re excited to introduce a few new additions to our dinner menu—fresh, bold, and full of flavor. From our bright and refreshing Mediterranean Salad, to the rich and comforting Chicken Parmigiana, the sweet heat of our Kimchi Burger, and the deep, smoky notes of our Bourbon Cajun Pasta—there’s something new to discover with every bite.

It’s the final Maple Weekend, and around here that means one last slow dance between winter and spring. Sap’s still flowing, the mornings are crisp, and there’s that unmistakable smell of maple in the air — the kind that pulls you straight to the breakfast table.

We couldn’t let it pass without one more round of the good stuff… so we’re keeping your favorites front and center — that maple cream & strawberries stuffed French toast and your choice of maple sausage or maple chorizo with eggs — and layering in some comfort classics like biscuits & sausage gravy and our hearty chicken ranchero omelette. Pair it all with one of our seasonal maple lattes — smooth and cozy. Sweet meets savory, maple meets comfort… just the way Vermont does it best.
