Scallop Stuffed Haddock with cornbread, chorizo, applewood smoked bacon, sweet corn, leeks, dressed watercress and lobster cream.
James is making plenty more today, but we’d still get here early.

One last box of summer.
We’re grateful to our friends at Lapsley Orchard for sending the final tomatoes of their harvest our way.

There’s something pretty special about getting the final harvest from a local farm we’ve worked with and trusted for years
They’ll be making their way into some of the warm, comforting food coming out of the kitchen this rainy weekend.
