The first five years of this business, I tried to do everything myself because I thought, “Nobody can do it as well as I can.” I was wrong.
The last five years have been about building a team that’s better than me. Every person in this picture has become a master of their craft. These guys are absolute Mac & Cheese assassins. My only hope is they don’t get together and decide to fire the weakest link…..because that would be me.
Sometimes the timing of an award means more than the award itself, and this was definitely one of those moments.
To this incredible team—thank you. This ribbon belongs to you.
