These hardworking local captains are on the water before sunrise so we can serve fish that was swimming just hours before it reaches your plate.

We took a little time today to stop by and check out latitude26pg. Although we were short on time, we sampled a few small plates, including the Wagyu meatballs, spinach and mushroom dip, and calamari. Everything was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
It was also a pleasure meeting Dave and Joyce. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and passionate about what they’re building.
We’re excited to see Latitude26pg open its doors and look forward to working alongside them and the other businesses in Fishermen’s Village to continue making it one of the premier destinations in Southwest Florida.
Wishing Dave, Joyce, and the entire team much success—we can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

🐟⚓ Fish Shack Friends, check this out! ⚓🐟

Here’s a quick video of one of our commercial fishermen coming in with today’s catch and unloading at the market in Pine Island. The best part? Before it goes anywhere else, he’ll be stopping here first so we get first pick of the freshest fish available.

This week, I brought in 90 pounds of beautiful fresh Mutton Snapper for Leroy’s Southern Kitchen, and it will be featured as our Fresh Catch of the Week.

This isn’t fish that traveled across the country or sat in a warehouse. It’s caught by local fishermen, brought straight to shore, and delivered directly to us.

When we say “From Our Boats to Your Table,” we truly mean it. Fresh, local, traceable seafood from hardworking Florida fishermen to your plate.

This fish was swimming 2 days ago and now it’s going to be on your plate. This is the freshness that we have spoke about. Get ready cause the Fish Shack is coming.
