Today’s bake is raspberry white chocolate bottom cookies.

The sweetness of white chocolate & the tartness of raspberries should be a great combo.

We also have 8 blueberry cobbler bars coming to the bakery case too.

We had a huge lobster roll day yesterday. The word is spreading and people are living our rolls.

Perfect time to introduce our 2 new lobster options: lobster tacos 🌮 & our Connecticut roll. We’re still experimenting and will let you know when they make their debut.

Season is close friends & we couldn’t be more excited. We’re hiring more scoopers so we can be ready.

A customer favorite since I started baking them.

Blueberry cobbler with that undeniable delish combo of blueberry & lemon. I add more lemon than the the recipe calls for but that can’t be a bad move.

One for ice cream, one for the bakery case.

Bakery case bars will be available for tomorrow’s open. Will post when Ryan makes the ice cream.

We did it! We now have 5,000 followers in under 3 years.

Whether we like it or not it’s Monday! And each new week & day gives us another opportunity to accomplish our goals.

GiGi’s goal this week is to introduce our 2 new lobster additions to our menu. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. Theres experimenting and seeing what works. We’re pretty confident that the Connecticut roll & lobster tacos will be a hit. It’s because the main ingredient will not change and we know it’s delicious. Our knuckle & claw meat is always delicious, tender & yummy. It’s the star 🌟.

We will let everyone know when they’re ready.

In the meantime, we’ve got lots of exclusive ice cream including our Reese’s peanut butter cup cheesecake. Nom nom nom.

Looking into expanding our lobster menu. These are what we’re working on:

Starting with a Connecticut lobster roll. Warmed up with Kerrygold USA butter in a traditional split top toasted roll. Simple & delicious.

Lobster tacos. Warm or cold is a decision to be made. Topped with mango pico , crunchy cabbage slaw & a lime cilantro crema.

Larry, Ryan & myself are spending some time in the store kitchen to test these out. We will introduce when it meets our standards.

We’ve got others up our sleeves but we’ll start off with these 2. GiGi’s wants to be Downtown’s new lunch spot. Casual, delicious & our fun vibe is free!

I was thinking this morning about cookies. Scary I know how much I think about baking.

So many chocolate options which of course I love. There’s got to be customers with a sweet tooth but not for chocolate. Maybe they like white chocolate. This one’s for you.

Next bake will be white chocolate bottom raspberry cookies. The white chocolate pairs perfectly with the tartness from raspberries. A white chocolate bottom & drizzle finish off these yummy cookies.

The bakery case has a lot of goodies so I’ll wait until it’s close to empty to bake these.

In the meantime, we hope to see you finish off the weekend with a sweet treat from GiGi’s❣️

Good morning~Happy Sunday. Back to sunshine !

Last day at of the weekend. Make it count by getting out & enjoying the day. When you’ve said “it’s hot out. I need something to cool off”.

We’ve got the answer and it’s GiGi’s. A/C is cranking and we have lots of parking & tables. Always a great vibe.

We had a family come in yesterday and they told me GiGi’s is their place. After school treats for the kids & a place to take their visitors. Calling GiGi’s their place is one of the best things we hear. It makes me smile big because it means our place is not only fun but a place they feel comfortable. Everyone is welcome and they feel that when they come in.

If you’re looking for “your place” may we suggest GiGi’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Our ice cream is pretty amazing
