What a great Friday!! Our staff received an amazing BBQ lunch hosted by Boom BBQ. Thank you Joe and the staff at Boom BBQ for thinking of the Punta Gorda Police Department.

Hey you guys, we are doing a delivery-only smoke this Saturday! We plan on serving up our brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and pulled chicken as well as our baked beans, coleslaw, and loaded potato salad.

If you would like any, please let us know by Friday night so we can have it out to yall on Saturday afternoon! We are hoping to have deliveries out between 2-4.

Thank you guys so much for all of your help and support and we hope to be able to serve up some good eats for you guys. BOOM!

Unfortunately, we have to push back the smoke for SATURDAY the 14th to this SUNDAY the 15th. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause you guys however, we hope to be able to serve yall some BBQ this Sunday, BOOM!

Hey yall, I wanted to say thank you again for all that came out last Saturday and said hello. With that being said, why not do it all over again this Saturday!

THIS SUNDAY THE 15th we will be serving up some good ol' BBQ starting at 2:00. We plan on servin' up some brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and pulled chicken along with our loaded baked potato salad, baked beans, and coleslaw.

This Saturday we will be bringing out the food truck and parking it in front of Finatic Aquatics on 41 right across the street from the McDonalds.
We will be serving up brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and smoked chicken. If you're in the area and see BOOM please feel free to stop on by and say hello!!

With the smoker being operational again after the hurricane, what's a better thing to do than put it to use with a BRISKET BASH!!!

This Saturday we are looking to do a DELIVERY-ONLY smoke with all of the delicious, slow-smoked brisket you can eat. We will also have our DELICIOUS loaded baked potato salad available as a side if you would like to add it to your order!! It will available in 16 oz portions.

We are so excited to be able to smoke some meat for y'all and hopefully you guys are too!!

We are looking to do pre-orders only so please have them in by THURSDAY NIGHT, and don't worry about delivery fees as we will be doing it free for you guys!

Deliveries will be done between 3-5 PM

Prices:
Brisket - $25/lb
Potato salad - $10/ 16 oz side
