Our cousin from Maine took her Artie’s sweatshirt on her trip to Alaska . Our merchandise is great advertisement. The funny thing was, she met 3 people on the cruise ship that knew where our diner was and 1 had eaten there!! We certainly live in a small world. Thanks Rene for bringing it along❤️

We will be open Friday from 6am -2pm this week . We will not be open for dinner, as our family is out of town visiting family. Sorry for any inconvenience, we will be open for dinner next Friday .

This morning we woke up to the news that Bruce had passed away. We are once again heartbroken for his family and for this community as a whole

Bruce was larger than life, no matter where he went. He knew everybody. He would come into the Diner and it would take him 10 to 15 minutes to get to his seat because he stopped along the way to talk to every single person that was there. He knew everybody, and everybody loved him. He had a smile that went on for days, hugs that would put a bear to shame, and a positive attitude about everything. If I was busy and running around trying to concentrate he’d always say “Smile you’re too serious!”

He fought this fight with cancer with such grace and faith that I’m sure it’s impacted everyone who knew him. We will miss him but he will never be forgotten .
In 2 Timothy 4:7, Paul says, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
Rest in Peace Bruce , we love you!!!❤️

This! So thankful for our cooks!

This post caught my eye.

Not every business can close because it’s hot.

Not every employee can afford to skip work for the same reason.

At this local diner his staff showed up, hydrated and toughed it out to serve customers.

If you do order food from any restaurant these days with temps near 100, consider adding a little extra to the normal tip 💵

Lord knows they’ve earned it.

Today we celebrate 12 years of serving you. It’s crazy how fast these years have flown by. First we thank God for keeping His hand on this business. It isn’t easy l, but we are so thankful for it. We thank you for coming in and supporting our family run business, and lastly we thank our staff for their dedication to us and willingness to go above and beyond for the success of the diner. We couldn’t do it with them.
