Catfish Cafe and Grill In the 1940's, My Great Grand Daddy developed a Catfish Breading. In the 1950's, my Grand Mother used it in her kitchen and at the Church.

In the 1960's, my Father used it at his Night Club. We established Catfish Cafe and Grill in 2017. In 2017, Catfish Cafe and Grill was established. The mission was to establish a community of Catfish Lovers. In the 1940's, My Great Grand Daddy "Big Daddy" developed a Catfish Breading that he used for family gatherings and Church functions. "Fellowship" meals at the Church. In the 1960's, my Father "Po Boy” used this Breading at his Night Club, "Po Boys Country Club". In 2018, We started testing the breading for taste and consistency and marketability. We have had a lot of people say “That's the best Catfish I ever had”.
